CNC dural handguard KeyMod vz.58 - type A

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Tactical aluminum handguard CNC handguard type A, for submachine gun vz.58. The handguard is designed for heavy load, which corresponds to the massive design. The foregrip is made by precision  CNC milling, made of aerospace alloy  EN AW 7075. The handguard is completely milled from the block of material, not from the casting. After milling, the handguard is sanded with synthetic corundum and anodized to a matt black color.  Quotes according to the manufacturer intended only for sharp weapons (therefore can not be installed on airsoft).

The butt is attached to the barrel by two duralumin sleeves (included) and must be installed first and secured with four screws (included). Attachment of the armpit over the barrel does not affect the accuracy of the shooting. On both sides and from below, the underarm has a clamping system for KeyMod accessories such as moldings, etc. The KeyMod clamping system is made exactly according to Vltor's original. The length of the armpit is 275mm, width 42mm, height 38mm. Weight underarm 262g. The handguard can be combined with the upper cover, or other nadpažbím, which does not extend under the main surface of the receiver. Attention this handguard can not be combined with the Hobby handguard.

The handguard has integrated the Picatinny MIL-STD-1913  RIS rail.  The upper handpiece is installed by putting it on the gas handpiece and pushing it on the receiver. It is secured with an M5 x 25mm cylindrical head screw   (included), this screw has a 4mm hexagon head. The handguard has a clamping system KeyMod but only vents. The internal cavity prevents the piston from falling out when shooting. Handguard length is 168mm, width 32mm, height 30mm. Handguard weight  136g. The handguard is flush with the  CNC cover.

IMPORTANT

The handguard has been tuned and tested for a long time, but we have also seen many and many different vz.58 designs with totally different dimensions and shapes of different parts. Despite all efforts, it may happen that in some cases it will be necessary to slightly adjust the forend element,   for example, due to an unexpectedly large radius on the receiver, or other shape or dimensional anomalies. Cleaning of mud, sand, gas deposits can be carried out with lukewarm water with soap or alcohol. We do not recommend the use of thinners, petrol, etc., as they may cause the anodized layer to be removed. After cleaning we recommend treating the forend with oil.
