CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. Basic provisions

2. Sources and categories of processed personal data

2.1. The administrator handles the personal data you have provided to him/her or the personal data that the administrator has received on the basis of your order.

2.2. The administrator handles your identification, contact information and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

2.3. If you have freely given us consent, then the administrator handles your email and the date of your consent to send the commercial communications of the goods offered in the e-shop www.armyman.cz

3. Legitimate reason and purpose of processing personal data

3.1. The legitimate reason for the processing of your personal data is the performance of the agreement between you and the administrator under Article 6 (1) b) GDPR.

3.2. The purpose of processing personal data is to process your order and to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the trustee; personal data necessary for successful order execution (name and address, contact), personal data provided is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contractor to fulfill it by the administrator.3.3 . There is no automatic, individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

4. Retention period

4.1. The administrator keeps personal data for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from

the contractual relationship between you and the trustee and the enforcement of the claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship). In case of agreement with the sending of commercial messages, the email will be kept for 5 years.

4.2. At the end of the retention period, the administrator will erase personal information.

5. Recipients of personal data (sub-contractors)

5.1. The recipients of the personal data are the persons involved in the delivery of goods/ services/realization of payments on the basis of a contract. Providing services for the operation of an e-shop (Armyman s.r.o) and other services in connection with the operation of an e-shop providing marketing services.

5.2. An administrator does not intend to pass personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or an international organization.

6.1. The administrator uses the cookies used on this website to measure the site's visibility, ad targeting, customization of the www.armyman.cz site views. Cookies for tracking site traffic and customizing website views are processed based on legitimate company interest. Ads targeting cookies are processed based on your consent.

6.2. Data obtained by the operator may be made available to other processors, in particular Heureka service providers and Seznam platforms.

7.1. Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR, the right to repair personal data under Article 16 of the GDPR or, where applicable, the processing restrictions under Article 18 GDPR. the right to delete personal data under Article 17 of the GDPR. the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR and the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR, the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the administrator referred to in Article III of these Terms.

7.2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your privacy has been violated.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. The Administrator declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.

8.2. The administrator has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form.

8.3. The Administrator declares that personal data can only be accessed by authorized persons.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. By submitting an order from the online order form, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.

9.2. The administrator is entitled to change these terms. A new version of the privacy policy will be published on your website and will send you a new version of these terms and conditions to your e-mail address that you have provided to your administrator.

These terms come into effect on January 1, 2023.
